Things You Will Need:
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Dental pic
- Baking soda
- Antiseptic mouthwash
Baking soda is the most effective ingredient when it comes to eliminating plaque.
How to Do It:
Put 1 tbsp. of baking soda and ½ tsp. of salt in a cup. Combine the ingredients together until you create a well-blended mixture. Next, wet your toothbrush with warm water and then dip it into the mixture. Scrub your teeth for 5 minutes and then spit it out.
Afterwards, put ½ cup of warm water and a cup of hydrogen peroxide in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together and use the mixture to wash off your mouth for 60 seconds. Next, spit it out. Then, use ½ cup of cold water to wash off your mouth.
You should rub the yellow tartar by using a dental pick. But, make sure not to scrape your gums as it might result in damage and irritation.
Rinse your mouth with antiseptic mouthwash. You can repeat the same procedure every second day.
Other Important Tips:
- Brush your teeth with a soft brush. You should do it with vertical movements, but be careful with the space between your teeth and gums.
- Floss your teeth regularly.
- Eating spicy foods can stimulate your salivary glands. This means that you should eat spicy foods to get your mouth cleaned by saliva.
