In short, gluten intolerance is an autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation throughout your body. So, it could be the single cause behind many different “health problems.” In order to treat these health problems, you should address the root cause, i.e., gluten sensitivity.
This does not have to mean that literally any case of autoimmune disease, joint pain or any of the above mentioned health issues is triggered by gluten intolerance. However, it is always a good idea to look for it in case you suffer from any chronic disease.
