In a Japanese study conducted on medium and small sized businesses, researchers found that those who worked 10 hours and slept 6 hours on a daily basis were at a 97% higher likelihood of depression than those who worked 6-8 hours per day.

The more you became technologically capable, your work week becomes shorter and shorter. In fact, the standard 40-hour work week is the norm in most companies worldwide.
