Here Is How to Use THIS Oil to Kill Germs, Destroy Toxic Bacteria, and Keep Ants at Bay!

Store-bought household cleaners possess a variety of toxic chemicals. Pounds of these toxins are absorbed by soft ones, remain on hard surfaces, and fill the air after cleaning.

Moreover, when you breathe or touch any surface which these toxins have come into contact with, they can enter your bloodstream.

Luckily, you can use various natural cleansers that are as effective as conventional ones without putting your health at risk. Namely, tee tree oil is an all-natural cleanser that helps kill germs. It is derived from the Australian melaleuca tree.

Furthermore, Melaleuca oil extracted from the leaves of Australian melaleuca trees has strong antifungal, antibiotic, and antiviral properties.

Here Is How to Use Tea Tree Oil around Your Home:

– Ant Repellent

Most people place toxic chemicals on the floor to keep ants at bay. However, this method could pose a hazard to your pets and children. Luckily, cockroaches and ants do not like tea tree oil. This means that you can use tea tree oil to prevent them from coming inside.

The only thing you need to do is place several drops in the spots where you see ants entering your home. Also, you can mix some water with several drops of tea tree oil and then spray it around the baseboards near your windows and doors to block off any avenue ants may find.

– Laundry Detergent

You should add melaleuca oil to your washing machine to prevent mildew and mold from forming in the mechanisms of your washer and remove any germs from your clothes. Simply add several drops to your pre-wash cup or along with your regular liquid detergent for clean laundry and fresh scent.

– Disinfecting Dishwashing Soap

In fact, washing with water and soap is just enough to remove harmful germs. But, you should also disinfect items that have come into contact with animal products in order to prevent harmful bacteria spread. You can make your own germ-killing, dishwashing soap by adding a couple of drops of tea tree oil to your liquid dish soap dispenser. Finally, fill it with your regular dishwashing soap.

– All-Purpose Cleaner

Although Melaleuca is oil, it isn’t greasy. This means that you can use it as an all-purpose cleaner to destroy germs and mold. Mixed with some vinegar, it can also deodorize, cut through grime, and destroy germs. You may also want to add some borax to provide a gentle abrasive to eliminate dirt.

So, all you need to do is mix 1 tbsp. of borax with 2 tbsp. of vinegar and 4 drops of tea tree oil. Mix it with 12 oz. of water and pour the solution into a spray bottle. Also, fill the bottle with water and shake it. Use this all-natural cleaner on any hard surface in your home as you would a store-bought all-purpose cleaner.

– Disinfectant

Researchers compared the effectiveness of tea tree oil on five common household bacteria against conventional disinfectants, such as Quad 10, Listerine, and an unnamed industrial cleaner. They concluded that tea tree oil showed the most powerful bacterial action.

You can use it by adding 12-24 drops to every 16 oz. of water. Then, mop or spray all surfaces in your home, which require disinfecting.
