As a result of the fact that Tibetans are one of the oldest people on the planet, the Tibetan medicine has been widely used all over the world.
Moreover, this medicine is also one of the oldest medical traditions in the world, which includes plenty of alternative remedies that are extremely powerful in the treatment of various diseases.
In this article, we are going to present you ancient Tibetan tea that is most frequently consumed by Tibetan people and has been found to be very effective at promoting optimal health.
- 2L water
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 5g grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of raw organic honey
- A bit of anise
- A bit of black pepper
First of all, pour the water in a pot and then boil it for about 5 minutes. Next, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool off.
Add all the ingredients in the boiled water, cover the pot, and allow it to stay until the solution completely cools off.
Then, the remedy is ready for consumption.
Note: The ingredients should not be added in the hot water as in such a case they will lose all their healing properties. In other words, the water should be cooled off and then the other ingredients should be added.
How to use it:
It is recommended to drink part of the tea throughout the entire day. For instance, you can drink a bit of it, make a break and then also take another sip.
Also, you can consume a small cup of it, half an hour before each meal.
Bear in mind that this amount is just enough for 3 days.
