  • Half a cup of coconut milk
  • Half a tsp. of turmeric powder

  3. Next, add the coconut oil and coconut milk and heat until warmed through.
  4. Add some stevia and honey to taste.

The Right Dosage of Turmeric:

You are probably familiar with the turmeric in the dried spice section at grocery stores.

However, you can also purchase turmeric root in produce sections.

The Side Effects of Turmeric Supplements:
